We are a new Pole & Aerial Fitness studio based in Holbrook, Sheffield S20.
We offer you an alternative way to keep fit, stay strong, happy & healthy!
Our aim is to help empower you to become more resilient, courageous & confident. By encouraging you to step outside of your comfort zones, in a fun, positive and supportive community!

WHAT WE OFFER
At Strong Aerial Fitness our classes are currently adult only and suitable for everyone of all ages.
We offer different styles of alternate fitness in Sheffield and will be continuing to expand on our offering over the coming months.

Intro to Beginner Courses
We run intro to beginner courses for both Pole Fitness & Aerial Hoop on Mondays 7.30pm. It is a 5 week course, designed to introduce you to the equipment, learn the basics in a small class, with others that are all in the same boat. Such as not knowing anyone or aerial! It's a hands on supported course.

Aerial Hoop
Aerial hoop classes are our most popular, it is a full body workout. You will build strength in your arms, shoulders, upper body and your core!! Whilst also seeing natural progression with flexibility, balance and co-ordination. You will learn to mount the hoop, the basic poses and transitions.

Pole Fitness
Pole fitness is new to Strong Aerial. Pole dance fitness has really grown in the fitness industry to be one of the best forms of exercise. It is a full body workout incorporating dance, gymnastics and strength based moves on a chrome/steel pole.
