We are an adult only studio currently and run a variety of aerial, pole fitness and grounded classes at Strong Aerial Fitness Sheffield and have plans to hopefully grow our offering in 2024/2025 now we have a new home!

 

If you have no experience with Aerial Hoop, we advise you join the next 5 week intro to beginner hoop course. We have a waiting list system and we aim to run these monthly. These work really well for students as everyone is in the same boat!! You'll learn the basics, meet new people and it'll help relieve some anxiety you have around you first sessions as you all more than likely feel similarly. The same goes for our 5 week Intro to Pole Fitness courses too.

BOTH intro courses run on Mondays 7.30pm at the Strong AF Studio, Holbrook Sheffield. 

 

We also run monthly workshops for you to try new things, slightly more specialised and sometimes with special guest instructors! Workshops are a fantastic way to grow your aerial knowledge, stretch those comfort zones and learn things you wouldn't normally get from a class.

 

WE understand that sometimes you need to cancel Or re-schedule your CLASS due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We run a strict 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY - If you don't give us 24-hours notice when cancelling a class you will be charged. We are a small business, if we don't have enough notice we will be unable to fill your space. ​

 

We run a NO CASH BUSINESS too, all bookings are done via the Gymcatch app by yourselves. If YOU CANCEL before the 24-hours, you will have a CREDIT APPLIED TO YOUR ACCOUNT to use within that week on another class. 

 

Please be mindful, you will need to REBOOK that session within the EXPIRY DATE from WHEN YOU PURCHASED THAT SESSION/PACKAGE.

LATE POLICY:

Please note, to ensure that classes run on schedule and in a safe manner, if you are late to class and miss the warm up in full or in part you will not be permitted to join the class. If you are late and have been refused entry you are not entitled to a refund or class transfer.
